Module 3: OPTIMIZING THE GUT-BRAIN CONNECTION Blood sugar balance, stress, cortisol and everything in between! Learn how to build a balanced plate, support blood sugar levels and ensure that the adrenals are well supported through nutritionally dense foods and supplementation. Recognize when the adrenals are getting out of balance and what a normal cortisol output looks like. You'll know exactly how to listen to the signs that your stressed out body is sending you! 

 

Module 4: WHOLE SYSTEM RESET We’ve put the hard work in! Now it’s time to turn the dial up on our internal fire to GLOW. We’ve removed the wet logs, added more fuel to the fire, and now it’s time to rebalance the microbiome and seal the gut lining. When you think reset, you might think juice cleanse or detox teas but that is not my jam. Instead, I take a total body approach to create a routine that will solidify our foundational knowledge.
